Nice product
There is a small problem for the case it's really lose and the product is connecting automatically. Is there any thing you can do to replace it with a new one. And for your kind information review is something that we give for the product. You can't like say give this much rating and all... It's us who is the consumer not you.

1. When travel in 🚇 meto, there are no. People use different brands bud, bolt burds sound starts to break. In short I say blutooth connectivity is an issue.
2. Fitting in ears is not premium.
3. Case design( while removing and keeping buds in buds focus required).
Sound, battery, build quality, compact size and cost. These are the good parts of the product.
