As I'm recently received this product and using last 10months. It stopped charging. And I emailed to Boult company they gave me a very long process and I have to send them this product with my own expenditure of courier services.....
Please don't buy any product of Boult....
Customer services are pathetic....

Slightly disappointed
It is not efficiently working. Frequent disconnect from the device, after couple of weeks battery is drained in few minutes, and headset language is changed to chinese. Better go for better product, this item does not worth this price.

Nice product
Although was sceptical to buy this one, the sound isn't balanced at all. Gives perhaps some good output, considering the price point, bass is good not huge but that's the thing with budget Bluetooth earphones, either they are balanced or not. Battery back up is quite good, only problem I faced was playing music when on my back pocket, the connection drops in the middle, which is expected perhaps because of the low cost drivers used, other than that it is a good pair in the price point, can't ...
