Its voice quality is good.no doubt on it.but the major problem is its battery life.i use 2 AA new eveready cells.which last only for 30 min.Transmitter and receiver,in both the devices,cells worked for only 30 min.then it automatically switched off.due to which,my half recording is recorded without voice.there is no alarm or beep system,that alerts you,about the low battery.it automatically turned off.therefore i returned this product.flipkart refunded my money back.so no complaints to flipkart.

its working single channel... used it only one time n even noise level is little high.. not able to return nw also

Product is good... But dont use ordinary battery for receiver..
