    Jeeves need to train their engineers . they must be aware to remove transport bolt etc.

    Good quality product

    Hey all,
    Is a great product. There was some miscommunication with the delivery of product but it was season sale and all rush so dnt hold it against them. I gt it and then the delivery guy had a broken card machine so hd to pay in cash which really sucked.
    The machine is great my wife says. Less noise and clothes are quite dry and clean. Great machine. Go for it

    The Demo arrangement sucks!!

    Kindly ship a 13 No spanner to your customer next time instead of arranging for a demo, they can unscrew the travel bolts themselves. The person you arranged for demo did not turn up nor has any commitment to get the job done. In conclusion I bought the said spanner for Rs. 29, from a hardware store and went through the installation myself.
