Received my BPL Front Load washing maching yesterday. This review is based on initial first day of usage.

Delivery : Ordered on Sunday 2nd October from Flipkart under Big Billion day offer and was supposed to receive the product on 3rd, however even though got sms that shipment is out for delivery, didnt get the product on 3rd October. Excellent product from BPL and great service from Flipkart. No complaints nor issues, really smooth washing machine, great value for money

I had purchased this 6.5kg front load washing machine on Flipkart. Got a great deal with exchange offer. It was installed today. My comments are:
1. Installation was done within a matter of 15 mins.
2. Simple to unpack and install
3. Operations were very easy
4. Selection from menu was very easy
5. Washing quality extremely good
6. Very low noise

I ordered this during the Big 10 Sale. I scared of reviews some are good and most are worst,but I ordered the product because of low Budget and received the product with out any damage and the jeeves installation is good.
Now, the washing machine is doing good I am using since last three weeks and washing quality is good like Bosch and IFB. Speed of spinning is very good and it gives the clothes as near to dry. but there are few washing programs which is good for normal use cunsumers.

The machine does it job simply superb . No much sound . you get 8 different option . you can set t temp and speed as well . Cons . the installation person knows oly a little about t washing machine . anyways it is easy to learn .

I ordered BPL 6.5kg front load washing machine on 25-Oct-16 and product got delivered on 28-Oct-16.
On the very next day Demo and Installation got completed. Satisfied with very fast service by Flipkart and Service Vendor (Jeeves).

Worth to buy this product in such reasonable price.

Good product for reasonable price. The machine was delivered in time. But the DEMO person don't know any thing... He don't know even the basic features like.... Drain pipe fitting, removing of Anchor bolts before using the machine, etc..... FLIPKART ITEMS AND DELIVERY SERCICES ARE GOOD....... BUT w.r.t DEMO SERVICES, BE READY TO FACE BAD EXPERIENCE... Youtube video demo is much better than in person demo

Initially got a damaged product ,but thanks to the installation guys and the customer care people got a replacement just in time. Coming to the product, i would say it's a very good product for the money we're paying, good functions, good built quality overall a good product. The installation guys were quick to respond & they did the installation in a very professional manner.

BPL Gleam is complete workaholic. She does her rigorous duty without much noise. I find her always ready to pound on any wash requests that I may have. You get multiple choices to wash clothes like cotton, wool, synthetic, inner wear etc. types of clothes. You can also delay the time of wash cycle completion, increase the temperature of the water, increase rpm of wash cycles and also use child safety lock. What more would you demand from her?
