BPL is back. I must say that I am happy with the product. WYSIWYG.
This is my first smart washing machine.
Controllers are ready to play around.
Note that the connector pipes are bit small in length. You need to take care of that.
Installation ws done by Jeeves which was a terrible experience on the first attempt. They send another guy who explained us in detail. Also purchased additional waranty from them.

Pros:
1) Easy to use and understand.Specially for first time users of fully automatic
2) Cost
3) BPL - one of the oldest reliable brand

Cons:
1) No fancy features like LG/Samsung high end models, but you cant crib at this cost

Best purchase ever made. Name has it always. Affordable with 7.2kg capacity. Completely silent while in operation. Worth recommending.. So far soon good.

Flipkart delivered the product successfully but not delivered by promised date.They delivered one day late.

The product is very good looking and options is also niz when compared to other products in that particular price as I ordered during billion day.
The product is worth and even demo also was given on same day...and satisfied the service.

BPL is a great brand for endurance and price. From my first color TV to current washing machine when there is BPL product wont go for other `Brands. I exchange old BPL got 1250 off nice way to dispose old machine. It works great only this time even it looks great too. Nice service by flipkart. TQ

many people in buying a good WM at low price . Many of my friends were not knowing about such a low priced WM of BPL

It's been more than a year now using this washing machine. Till now no problem. Works excellent. I used to soak atleast 30 mins before starting washing. Used Patanjali Pink washing powder and works great and normal tide washing powder too, no problem in cleaneless and in washing. The only problem that I noted is that when the load is heavy or full the wash rub tends to hits on body. Rather than that excellent choice. Didn't noticed the current consumption. The product is good for a family of 4 and the service from flipkart was good as well.We called the person for demo and he was not aware on how to operate.i think its a third party vendor who came.Can be improved on the installation and demo side of things.Everything else super good

I bought this during the Diwali sale - Delivery and installation were very quick.
Machine performance is excellent and features are very easy to operate, it is very quiet in its operation and clothes are coming out very clean and there is no tangling of clothes.
At this price, it is a great value for money as there is no other brand which offers 7.2kg and above that BPL is a reputed brand and has launched new line of consumer product since 2015, so I believe they want to get back to glory an...

Got the product delivered with no damage. Jeeves services supposed to install free of cost requested a day i wasn't available at home and hence raised a new request. Got a mail that installation will be done on 15-10-16 in vain. They're not to be blamed considering the volume of orders thay may have to serve.
Hoping to get installed this week.. delivery was by Gati which was prompt.
Will update my review after installation is done.
