Horrible

Unfreeze does not work. Aspect ratio does not work. Poor display. It does not support HD. Voice search not working. Poor quality plastic panel. It is not having IPS display and panel. BPL technician came without installing took my signature in job sheet as he rectified and the product is working satisfactory. He said company will do replacement but seller rejected the replacement request raised by customer care executive.

Amazing high quality Picture and outstanding sound quality.

Tc is good but delivery person is ossem they came in heavy rain and their van got stuck we have to call jcb for that even they tell we will deliver your product on time . grate job guys/using bpl for last 22 years and this is our second tv again bpl......./after 1 day it hangs lot i think go for normal tv not smart it start hanging after some time of use
