Nice little tool to blend just about anything (soft). Previously owned a hand blender of the same company , so i knew what I was getting. Delivery was on time, just had a little hesitation buying from a new seller with no ratings whatsoever. Took the plunge and bought it anyway. Product was as described so fears were unfounded. Price was much cheaper than the other sellers also. All in all happy with the purchase.

I had placed an order for this blender after a lot of thought, compromising on the lack of a warranty just because i trust the Braun brand name. I had gifted an MR 300 to my sister earlier and she was happy with it. Now that I wanted one for my 6 month son, I thought to invest in a higher end model, the MQ 500. Made a CC payment and the box arrived. That's when the nightmare began.
This seller has the nerve to send out a used product. The box itself had lost all its firmness with an old look ...

Dont have an option .. would not have given even a single star

Third grade packing...2014 model delivered and that also used piece.

This is not what we expect from Flipkart.
