Cooking Instructions	In a pan, dry roast 1 cup khichdi mix on low flame for 2 minutes and keep aside. In a cooker, heat 1 tsp of ghee or oil, add chopped onion, tomato and ginger & garlic paste. Fry for 2-3 minutes, Add vegetables of your choice in the cooker and fry for 1 minute. Add turmeric and salt to taste. Now add roasted khichdi mix into the cooker., Add 4 cups of water into the cooker and cook on medium flame for 3-4 whistles. Once done, serve hot.
