Doesn't feel heavy on face. Feel light. doesn't feel oily. No bad reactions to skin. I don't know if effects much about skin regeneration because I have used it only for 2 months. But yes it does protect against UVA UVB rays well. According to the price it's a fair product. Overall decent product. Ohh and yes it doesn't give any water resistance. So it might not suit for those who sweat a lot.
