Excellent road running shoes for long distances

After running more than 30km in this shoe, I can say it's comfortable, even on a trial run. Upper material is breathable. Inner sole does have cushion although not as much as Kayano 29 (which is more expensive), it's roomy enough for a normal leg. The midsole makes it what it is. Although I'm not really feeling their GuardRails technology in action despite Asics's RunID telling I'm overproned.

Its a perfect show for your easy effort long runs. I have gone as far as 32k with this shoe and it did a great job if protecting my feet and providing enough cushion. However it's not the best when it comes to running at faster paces, definitely not recommended for race days. Extremely happy with the Glycerin 20 shoes. The midsole and outsole is extremely comfortable. I am just having doubts with the color and shine of the midsole. Upper is extremely comfortable and runs a bit tight in the toe area.

Its a good cushioned shoe and feels very protective on long and easy runs however it comes at a cost of being on a heavier side. On long runs greater than 20k it starts heating up from inside and doesn't feel comfortable at all. It has a wide toe box so if you have a normal or narrow feet opt for half size lower. If you are looking to buy just 1 shoe for your running different workouts don't go for it, it's a good buy if this is a easy run shoe in your rotation at 59% or higher discount
