Good Product - cable missing, pathetic packaging

The product seems to be good, though I have not yet used all features and have not been able to connect to radio stations, but Blue Tooth is working fine. However, the cable for connecting to the Car Stereo is not there in the box, so while trying to install, I got stuck !!!!! The packaging of the product is terrible, inside the box, there is no foam or soft material. Outside the Box, Flipkart has not added anything while packing inside the Flipkart external envelope, the product could joll...
