Must buy!
I ordered a bicycle for my daughter it was an excellent customer service. Though I ordered the product from Flipkart still I got a call from Sree Dhanalakshmi Cycles just to confirm so I get the right product. Worst packing which has caused damage to cycle
Product had bend in pre assembled parts, front break not working even after taking to cycle shop. Very worst packing . Still fighting with vendor to get its replacement.

Quality of packing is not good. We received the cycle with damaged packing due to mud guards are received in bent condition. Also some screws are missing.
