He founded the IT Education Company for the Datapro Group. As the CEO, he grew the education centre network to 100 training centres, across 70 cities, to rank third in the industry. He is currently on the Board of Directors of 2 companies. He has been a visiting faculty to various programs- including those at Jamnalal Bajaj Inst. Of Management, NITIE, TMTC, BMA. His focus has totally been on turnaround consultancy and creation of programs to enhance corporate and personal productivity. AD has, in the past, also lead scores of Seminar Programs, in India, for "Landmark Worldwide" headquartered in San Francisco, USA. He has so far worked closely with over 50,000 people from varied backgrounds, including scores of CEOs and senior executives and facilitated their quest for breakthrough results. AD has been the past Chairman for NACTT (National Association for Companies in Technology Training and Chairman of ATCEC (Autodesk Training Centre Executive Committee) for Asia- Pacific. AD is a Master in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) from NFNLP, Florida, USA. He has been featured in the press for various programs and write-ups including a series on “How to go up the Corporate Ladder” in the Times of India. The Express Computer also published a write up, on AD, titled ‘‘The Transformation Master”.
