How to make a perfect Vietnamese coffee Filter ? ?In the upper chamber place the coffee filter then lightly tamp the powder using the pressing disc. Leave the disc in place after tamping. The powder should not be tamped as hard as espresso grounds. ?Now place Coffee Filter chamber on any glass/cup/container and fill chamber with boiling water. ?Cover the Coffee Filter with lid and let it brew for 15 to 20 min. ?When the decoction is finished, pour 3-4 Tbsps of the decoction into the Cup with Hot Milk.
