I'm sorry for the rating but i had to because the book was second hand, all pages are with full of underline marks.. Very disappointed.. I didn't pay 900 for second hand book

This is a must have book for any BA. The description of various techniques along with when to use them serves as a good checklist for any BA while preparing for various BA activities.

The book is about various techniques used in BA profession. This book is very handy and very informative. I was able to get all information as required in one book. Helps in getting quick information on the go. Also, the way the book is structured helps in looking for necessary information quickly.

The book claims that the technique terms are those used in the UK but in general it makes sense to any part of the Globe. Although not in-Depth, the description is quite informative and the step-by-step method of explaining the techniques is really good. It is also good to see that they have given limitations about each technique.
