nice product but need improve quality of coupler and other plastic materials

Ordered this product and while unboxing, noticed there was no cap for three jars.

Immediately raised a ticket and ordered for replacement. The replacement process was smooth and got the new set with complete accessories within one week. Happy with the experience.

I'm writing this review after using this product for few months. Before purchasing this Mixer grinder through Flipkart i had read all the reviews written. Many of them had mentioned that the plastic is not that strong enough... Especially the handles of the jars.... From my experience I too would like to say that the handles of the jars are so delicate such that it should be handled carefully. So b4 buying please keep this in mind.
