If you are a serious C++11/14 developer with focus on writing multi-threaded code for multicore processors than this book is a great start. I really like the way author takes the programmer through various topics in a layman way and yet explaining c++ concurrency constructs in detail. Easy to read and easy to grasp. A must book for C++ programmers

One of the best book to learn about concurrency. Excellent explanations of the theory coupled with nicely written examples makes the book pleasant to read. This is no surprise as C++11 thread is based on Boost.Thread for which Anthony Williams is one of the authors.
