This book written by former MITians. At first you will learn the most basics and needful things. It will also tell you various innovations going around the woeld. In the forthcoming chapters C++ is taught in the most depth.

For the coder. Buy it. Worship it.
It is the most accurate and rich content that a reader can get at this price. Although, it might be a bit too hard on the beginners, I would still recommend to buy one of these as a 'God of all' C++ reference books.
