The book of course is good and updated for C++11. Indian edition comes with - not so good pages, but for the price I'd say it's okay. My copy incidentally missed 8 pages but since we get a 45 day online reading on Safari books online with the purchase of this book, I printed those pages out.

For anyone who uses C++ regularly, this is a great book to help make your life easier. There are many things the library already covers which we (may) reinvent and waste time. I learnt a lot through it.

Once you know a certain feature exists in the library, you may find documentation for it online but on many occasions you may not even know that something you wanted to do ...

if you are buying this book to get a command on C++ then don't. this explains all STL data structures in details but not much helpful for me. These things are never asked in interviews and you can get the detailed documentation on internet when needed.

Very Good Book On STL , All Concepts Are clearly explained. But Prior Knowledge of C++ Is Mandatory before reading this book.
