Covered in Warranty	If you receive a product with a defect within the first 2 years from the date of purchase, we will: Replace the defective component with a new part, or Replace the defective product with a new product, or Provide you with other products of equal value.
Not Covered in Warranty	: Normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use. Normal wear and tear is the wear and tear caused by the expected use of the Cabeau product over an extended period of time. Damage due to wear and tear such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation, discolouration due to washing / sunlight, misuse or neglect is not covered. Accident, improper care, negligence, zippers are excluded. Product failure when the components are stressed outside of their design specifications and are no longer able to function in the manner originally stated. For example, the neck pillows can withstand regular normal use, but are not built to be sat upon.
