Good but not the best!!
"Mastering CAD/CAM" is the best choice for this subject.However this is a short and brief edition available at a cheaper price.

Nice Book for Knowing Basics of CAD/CAM
This is really a nice book to know the basics of CAD-CAM. If you are an engineering student and want to know the background of how the software's manipulates our command to produce shapes, then this book is a must have for you. It helps to understand the various type of curves, surfaces and solid creation equations.
