    Description

Call Of Duty: Black Ops II continues in the tradition of the previous Call Of Duty games with intense action and death defying plots. Call Of Duty has always been a staple game of the most hardcore action gamer with record sales for previous versions. Black Ops II is expected to continue the tradition with First-person shooter fans as it comes with better graphics and more advanced weaponry. The PlayStation 3 version is playable using the DUALSHOCK 3 wireless controller with the highly sensitive motion sensing technology and each hit or explosion will make the controller rumble in the palm of your hand.

Call Of Duty: Black Ops II is developed by Treyarch and published by Activision. The current ESRB rating is RP M+ which stands for Rating Pending but targeting Mature audience and above. Black Ops II is the ninth installment in the Call of Duty franchise of video games and a fitting sequel to the 2010 game Call of Duty: Black Ops. Till now the Call of Duty franchise has avoided futuristic setting and warfare technology but in Black Ops II they are going all out with the game taking place in the distant future.

    Synopsis and Features

The single-player campaign is designed to be a guide to learn to play as well as introduce the 2 connected storylines that drive the plot. The earlier storyline is set in  late 1970s and early 1980s with the protagonist of Black Ops, Alex Mason fighting in proxy wars for the United States in the Cold War. The rise of the game's primary antagonist Raul Menendez is also a reckoning factor that adds to the plot of the second storyline. Frank Woods who is Mason's colleague and friend also makes an appearance to narrate the second storyline which takes place in the near future of 2025.

David Mason, son of Alex Mason is featured as the protagonist in the 2025 section of Call Of Duty: Black Ops II. A new cold war has broken out with new rivals China and the United States of America following a crippling attack on the Chinese Stock Exchange. In 2025 modern technology takes centrestage with unmanned vehicles, robotics and cyber warfare. China bans the export of rare earth elements and Raul Menendez uses the current tension between the 2 super powers to incite a full-blown war. Los Angeles and Yemen are known locations for this section of Black Ops II.

The branching storylines in Black Ops II lets the gamer make choices that will affect both the current and overall course of the story. Special Strike Force missions are offered to the gamer during the campaign which in turn locks the storyline based on the choice made. Alternate Strike Force missions can be tried only if the gamer begins a fresh campaign. The Strike Force missions allow the gamer to control a number of wartime assets such as an unmanned aerial vehicles, jet fighters and robots.

The popular Zombies mode will make a return in Call Of Duty: Black Ops II with the implementation of the multiplayer engine that can support up to 8 players in co-op mode. The multiplayer Zombies mode allow for a deeper community experience along with new game modes. The game supports online multiplayer mode, Co-Op mode and Online Leaderboards to show where you stand in the rankings. The technical features support 16:9 aspect ratio, 480p, 720p and Dolby Digital Audio with Mic/Headset features.

Awesome game. Don't trust the 1 star reviews

Those who are complaining about the service have probably never tried buying a game in India on the release date. It comes about a week late to India. Always. I can understand people's frustration on pre-ordering and missing out on the double XP weekend. That's why I cancelled my flipkart pre-order and downloaded it off steam instead. If you want a game as soon as it releases, in India, don't pre-order the disk.

The game on it's own is awesome. The best part being that it's 3 games rolled in...

CALL OF DUTY AT ITS BEST

The ninth installment of Call of Duty is way much better than Ghost. The multiplayer is amazing and the story has many turmoils that depend on your actions. The story is mind-blowng. The multiplayer, score streaks, Guns, characters in single player are awesome . It doesn't matters if you are a call of duty fan or not- the game is a must buy thingie!

    NOT FOR INDIA

I recently purchased this product and although i don't have any complaints regarding the quality or content of the product itself or delivery by flipkart, Its more about the utility of the product in india. I have bought all big name games out there but those are for collection purposes only because being in india you can't enjoy the multiplayer elements of any game (fps in general). Friends, those who are thinking of buying this for its acclaimed multiplayer will be disappointed, you don't h...

    Dont buy this game

Absolute waste of money.game is good ( until something goes wrong). Support is a good idea but a poor joke. you'll know why if ever you need to get in touch with Activision. I would advise you to wait a few months more till Activision fixes all the bugs and hacking issues especially on the PC platform.

    Best Call of duty Yet

Well COD : Black ops 2 may not be a revolutionary FPS but hey its the game that really delivers a change much needed to the franchise. Its multipayer component is the strongest with the campaign being even better than black ops 1 and the peaople who have black ops 1 will know what this means. With a rating of 9.3/10 at ign, its surely the best shooter and may game of the year. If u are a new fan of call of duty or old, u are not gonna find any better chance to get into the COD fever than this...

    What's all the noise about?

COD black Ops 2: So much has been blogged already by paeans and juveniles that I will get straight to the point with focus on Single player campaign.

    Pros:

    1. Outstanding story/narration/screen play. Plenty of emotions & grunts.
    2. Movie like experience. You'll forget at times its an FPS game!
    3. Fabulous graphics and audio.
    4. Action okay. Weapons great. Lots of missions.
    5. A few tense moments here and there that are interesting.

    Cons:

    1. Artificial Intelligence is none-existent. It's w...
