Must buy!
Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins is the best book to learn self-discipline. David Goggins provides challenges after every chapter and if you sincerely follow those, you can easily achieve what you want. Yes, maybe it is difficult to be in the state which is provided in this book, but you will believe in yourself after reading this.
