Expensive, but worth every rupee. You must have this if you need some great indoor pics. I have got some stunning pictures by bouncing light off my white ceiling. Thanks to Canon for making such a fantastic flash! I use this with eneloop rechargeable NiMH batteries and they easily last a few hundred shots with good recycle time.

excellent performance from this speedlite. rightly priced and does what it promises to do. quality of images are enhanced especially in poor lighting, where the on camera flash results in harsh reflections.

Bought it as i felt the need of better lighting as the inbuilt 60D flash left me craving for more.

The best Canon flash for the amateur and beginners. Everything works fine except master mode. Master mode or commander mode is only available in 600EX ERT in current Canon line up.

I bought this for my EOS 60D camera and I am glad I bought it. Besides the usual features of any flash, what makes it great are its ETTL mode which makes it makes it automatically compatible with the camera's flash metering mode, and seamless wireless integration with EOS 60D which works like a charm.

I bought a Canon Speedlite 430EX II from Flipkart because the built-in flash on my Canon EOS 550D produces harsh shadows. I have been using the 430 EX II flash for about 4 weeks now.
