For its price it has all the features..

Pictures are excellent outdoors and quick and fast operation. Excellent videos as well.

Good for A4 page size prints.

Negative: Pictures are grainy indoors so if you are thinking of taking prints more than A4 size - think again. And has no internal memory. The battery flap is kind of a drag.

this is indeed a nice camera with lots of features which we generally find in high end cameras....images taken in daylight are just wonderful....however,some reviews say that this camera takes grainy images indoor...its correct ,but if you know how to set up the shooting mode manually instead of clicking in auto mode,,you can get best quality image even in indoors.....remember, the ISO adjustment takes a vital part...

Bought it as a replacement for a similarly priced FujiFilm camera. The features are nice and comparable to other cameras in this price range. Compared to other cameras in the sub-5000 price range:

16.0 MP, 5x/4x, other function & specifications are so good in this camera. It's really greate camera from canon on good price. I was online searching & compairing camera from last 2 months for best features and price too. finally i got this one from flipkart. I was really thank full to CANON & FLIPKART for the same.

Excellent camera in this price range...

If you need a camera that can be handled even by anyone then this is it. One should remember that this is an "entry level" camera and you cannot expect SLR quality. Even though it is better than Nikon L28 which is of 20MP but the pictures are much grainy.

It gives much much better snaps than the camera mobile. The service of Flipkart is excellent and the product was delivered was in time The package comes with:

If you are looking for a camera within 5000 then this is the one. Really good picture clarity and great value for money. Zoom is a bit weak though.
The functions and controls of the camera are user-friendly......

I brought this camera last week and i was impressed with the performance.Specially special effects like miniature, toy camera,vivid colours are fantastic.At night colours are bit unnatural but daytime images are good.Zoom is very smooth even not heard when operated.screen is also clear and gives good quality.
only thing i missed is NO Panorama mode which Canon sucksss.

i have been using this for last four months

its pretty good as a basic point and shoot camera

very good in day light okay in night / low light conditions

battery and charger included is good

on a full charge around 250 to 300 snaps ( without flash)
