Got this piece for 19990/-. A good starters' camera which came along with two lenses. So far a decent purchase.

I was in debate with some friends that should i buy 600D or 1200D. Obviously 600D had an edge over the 1200D and is better. But discussing more they even agreed this a great camera at this price with an additional lens!

Bought this kit from a local retailer after extensive searching over the web for a reasonably priced Entry Level DSLR not compromised in terms for features. The listings in Flipkart.com helped a lot. The packing by Flipkart was really good and delivery was a bit late but the follow-up wth the Flipkart team for the product was very co-operative.

Coming to the beast. Its Automatic mode was the best feature of this Canon 1200d. Where a Mediocre normal guy can afford for this camera and whereas the lens functionality and the charging are added advantages to this Entry level ​DSLR.​
