I'd just like to point out that the 5D is a significantly more expensive camera than the 60D. The 5D Mark II is about 1 lakh 20 while the 5D Mark III is 2.5 lakhs. As a successor to EOS 50D it downgrades in body type. Like exclusion of magnesium alloy body and use of polycarbonate resin instead makes it lighter but also less sturdy. I bought this camera 2 months back (Dec 13) which is recommended by an amateur photographer. The camera result is fabulous, lot of options and adjustments, still I am learning. Single lens serves both wide angle and telephoto. No need to change lenses for our requirement. Video quality is amazing. Who are all interested and beginners in photography can buy blindly. To write much about this camera is not sensible because no matter how much I write, it will always be too less. Great camera with excellent image quality and Full HD Videos with 24fps, 25fps and 30 fps. Burst with 5.3 fps. The 18-135mm lens gives you the required focal lengths for day to day shooting. Autofocus is good with 9 cross type.
