This printer has double the standard printer resolution of 1200DPI and the Scanner is also double at 600DPI. But it also uses twice as much ink as the E400 cart which costs half as much making this cost 4 times as much. So it is an expensive printer to upkeep. Good printer but ink price high

I thought that being a canon product, it will be a good care . However the cartridge holder it self was missing. The flipkart customer care could not understand the issue and promised the replacement and technical assistance. The replacement arrived promptly but the technical assistance did not come. Fortunately, the replacement had the part in it with which I could start the printer.

Product is good...But the cartridge gets over very quickly..Replacing the cartridge is quite expensive...

One of the best all in one printer .I think there is only pros cons in this printer is that its cartridge is very much expensive.
