Pros:
I am too much satisfied with this Camera, its Digital and Optical Zoom is Amazing which better than SLR zoom.
We can have also some SLR features in this. Auto Docus Background Defocus, Fish Eye effect.

Cons:
takes little bit time to Focus as Its Zooming camera not an DSLR and nothing is Cons in this.

I got this Camera at INR 11249 from Flipkart on 15th Dec 2014.
Only 1 day passed so I am just writing first impression, lot more to explore(will update later).

Pros:
1. Great Sensor (CMOS) with Wide angle(16 MP), Image processor is good.
2. Zoom is nice, but don't get confused that it will zoom till 84X(which is written on the flash cap)
3. Focus is great but not too fast.
4. Great Image quality at this price bracket
5. Good number of Manual controls(Which I were missing in my Nikon L810)

1. 42x Zoom
2. 16 Megapixels
3. DSLR look
4. Great features @ less value.
5. Worth buying if you are a frequent traveller.

This is not a Professional Camera and stop expecting too much from a PowerShot cam...

Best Point and shoot camera...LCD pixel resolution is not good than NIKON L830 but image graphics will be far better than nikon when displayed on bigger screen

I am loving every moment with this camera since especially i took moon shot yest it was perfect . Really a perfect budget camera for this prize . Image processing is awesome .Zoom quality is good .even after zooming about 168X camera gave me a perfect moon shot . Manual mode is awesome where u can get full control of camera ....

I am seeing this camera from past 6 moths, read all reviews watched all videos about it.
To persons who are thinking of buying it i must want to tell them following things :-
Pros:-
-Very Good Zoom 42x optical and with digital zoom you can go upto 80x
-Firm Grip
-Auto focus is brilliant (Canon best in class for both still and video )

Cons:-

Honestly I was going to buy SX 400 for 9500/- and just saw the offer on Flipkart for SX520 for 11000/-
I bought SX 520 and happy to have the same. Thank you flipkart for amazing offers. :)

I have not used digital camera earlier and found little difficult to use the SX 520. There are many functions and believe me, you can get extra ordinary result if you chose correct function to click picture.

I have been trying all the options for one picture click :p

Awesome features in the bridge camera that are close to DSLR which anyone who aspires for DSLR would love to have n test it... The price is fluctuating in flipkart, the rate increased before i finalised to buy, and after i bought it got dropped again. The camera bag quality is pathetic with size doesnt fiitting well, could have been proper. Camera in good condition and with loads of features. I'm still exploring it as i'm not yet an expert..
