Good

The author analyses inequality in the western world. He uses historical data, charts etc to clarify his point of view. But except for the analysis, he suggests no new remedy other than increased taxes on wealth and income which has in the past proved to be ineffective. A traditional left liberal perspective on inequality and its consequences.

CAPITAL in the 21st Century

Its a brilliantly written book. It starts by clearing the bare basic concepts of income and capital, and slowly delves deeper and deeper into the main theory. What I liked is that the author hand-holds the reader all the way, Without the use of exotic math equations and jargon.
