Worth every penny
I take this everyday to keep my bones strong. The vitamin D helps absorb the calcium. Amway was good but this seems to work much faster and better.no other product as such found with calcium formula alongside so much minerals.the best part is everything added is 100%RDA safe. The brand is going to be places and one tab works like miracle. I would suggest there multivitamin as well. Get your best value for the money you spend.
