Good for energy from fat. factually its not fat burner by itself, it gives u immense/extreme strength and power to excersise. U will do 70% to 80% more in gym as compare to normal. 2-3 hrs after gym u will realize that u have done far more then usual. I body will pain a bit to make u feel realize that u have done a lot.
