I am 24 and I have insomnia but after eating this gummy I yawned, felt heavy eyes, tingles inside my head and slept within 15 minutes for 10 hours and can sleep more also. Don't consume acidic foods before having this gummy or it won't work. Does not work on my 45 year old mom even after taking 3.
