INTRO: I am normal delivered women for one baby who is 3.6 years now, as it mentioned prefer L for normal delivered women. I have ordered L as mentioned instructions.
MY EXPERIENCE: It is large for me unable to insert ON. Realised, I have to go wd M size. As product really non returnable and as it is not hygienic also. I am again buying ds cup wd M size .

Good choice
It's good and reasonable cost..every one can go for it..based on select of proper size.i took L size which suits to me..because I got 2 veginal deliveries. Trust me it's amazing..i felt fear for insertion and removal..but when I tried 2nd time it's easy...plz women change ur thoughts and bye bye to sanitary pads..go for menstrual cup and feel free from menstrual tension and discomfort...
