Excellent Product. On time delivery and installation.
The AC IDU and ODU (Cyclojet) is silent and cooling is also effective for a 130 Sq.Ft. room.
The installation was done by Carrier authorised dealer M/s Siddhi Enterprises whose service was good.

I already had used a 1 ton Panasonic and a Hitachi AC prior to this. This time I intentionally ordered 1.2 ton expecting better cooling than 1 ton ACs. The AC is great, no noise at all. Perfect cooling, performance better than a 1 tonner. Refrigerant 410A, and not R-22. The installation team was great too. However, the company product doesnt provide drainage pipe. good one but takes more time to cool. installion guy has done it on time charged 5050=1550(installation charges) +(stablizer 2750)+(750 stand)).

After using more than one month, I'm sharing this feedback.. AC performance is good, 1.2 Ton is working fine for 200 Sq fit covered area.
Noises level of out door unit is little high, in door is pretty calm.
Cooling capacity is good as I have DC/ Inverters AC which takes little more time but it's acceptable.
Design is simple not up to dates.
Indoor unit body materials is little poor, it can be make better by using more good quality fibers.
Power consumption is okay..

Nice Product but outside top cover was broken. Finally I have continues call and followup with Customers Care and flipcart. Finally my complain was goes to under the Carrier customers care escalation manager. after 15 days they have changed it.

Cyclojet is lacking basic features. In rainy season u need to cover outdoor unit and u cant use it as suggested by customer carr.. What an bad design.. Useless

Cooling performance: great. really cools the room (with false ceiling) fast in fifteen minutes in the hot summer day also.

Out door unit: cyclojet. technology is great. but build quality needs improvement. the top cover for the exhaust fan developed a minor crack already.

In door unit: look wise superb. i particularly liked the temperature display.
