please do not buy this product. Flipkart only delivers the product and gives false commitments on installation to the customer and keeps them endlessly waiting. even for the delivery i received a call in the morning that the product will be delivered by 9 am while I requested a delivery time between 3 pm to 9 pm. If you are thinking that the different shaped outdoor unit is actually great. no it's not. just like usual ACs. Negative thing is that this unit holds less gas than standard , i guess something like 700+ vs 1100+ . don't know about benefit though. however it cools fair but can not beat my 5 yr old 1.6 ton panasonic cube. it meets all standard expectations. installation was free but i had to argue on phone to get through flipkart but rating product only. very prompt delivery and installation by flipcart... installation arranged just after next day of delivery and installation done very smoothly by the service provider...since it is very new so can't give any review as of now. however after using for 1-2 days I can say best deal. cooling is very fast and very less sound. will give more review after some days of usages. Of course so nice.. it's fiction is too good and cooling is awesome.. coz the odu has hybrid jet technology.. turbo mode is very cool option ..it cools whole room approx 2 to 5 minute.. installation is so affordable.. just 499 only.. finally awesome air-condition .. n thanks lot to flipkart and carrier customer service..
