Next day delivery n product was well packed and handled with care.
Installation process was initiated on next day of delivery by flipkart but I made sure not to install ac from unauthorized person that flipkart provides.
I called carrier customer care and arranged for installation it costs around 1500 to 2000 depending on your area of installation.
Cooling capacity for 1.5 ton split ac is around 5400 units but this ac h...

Lookwise it's good...cooling is great..don't know whether it is energy efficient or not cause I m using it for last 10 days or so...I have to pay almost 9k for installation as 10 ft extra copper wire was needed

One word: fantastic.

I paid 38000 for it so I was half expecting to get my money's worth on the first run and I wasn't disappointed. Been using it for a couple days and it's already won me over. There's no over the top gimmicky features that will keep you up at night. But that's not the point of an AC, is it? You don't want things you'll never use anyway. All the basic features work extremely well and efficient enough as they are.

It cools incredibly well. My room (12*14) gets quite chill...

Good product. Cooling is excellent. The compressor unit is very large and heavy ( looks like solid copper coil) and hence go for it if you have adequate space.

The product seems very good and it quickly cools the room. However, the outdoor is a little bit noisy but adjustable.

Like everyone, the installation service was bad and I'm wondering why Carrier haven't taken any measures to improve the service. The technicians lacks basic sense in dealing customer. The issues I faced were,

1, Plugtop was not available with the product. I had to call an electrician to fix the plug after the installation.
2, Drilling was done without covering it. The room ...

I got the best deal for this AC. Carrier Invented AC and is the perfect brand to go for. Cooling is great, I usually keep 24-26 C and it makes the room perfect cool in 10-15 mins. Hybrid Jet technology is also new of it’s kind. Remote is very friendly to use and has many functions too. Delivery was on time & Installation was done next day by Carrier technicians. Support from Carrier during installation was also great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for Carrier AC with Hybrid Jet Technology.

A good quality AC, very silent and super cooling. I wanted to rate 5 star but due to pathetic installation experience, I am deducting 2 stars.
Technician came late, without mask, without sanitizer, and they didn't came prepared with required items like outdoor unit stand, extra copper wire etc., Which we had already informed them.
But the machine itself is working great.

Cooling is excellent.
Silent indoor and outdoor unit.
Nit and clean design.
Convertible function is very useful.
On time delivery thank you Flipkart.
Installation is done by team next day of delivery and installation person is good technical knowledge and installation process.

I had a Carrier Superia AC 3 star earlier..
Was mighty impressed with that and my expectations of carrier was very high.
This made me choose Carrier as the only choice for my 2nd AC.
So, ordered this model and a 5 star one

But highly disappointed with this.
No where this 5 star new model is a comparison with my earlier 3star carrier AC.
Cooling in the new ac is just half of what i experienced in my earlier AC.

Also the remote is another big disappointment.
They have screwed up the look and...
