I have given 3 star for the bad experience of installation... even after repeated instructions the AC was fitted in tilted condition....the behaviour of the service manager was not cordial and he didn't co-operate properly, didn't give drain pipe even after many requests... this was really a bad experience from a company like Carrier. They should think about the brand image otherwise there are many competitive brands in the market.

this review is about installation. Not happy eith services of flipkart. Flipkart first organized installation the next day without checking with us. Unfortunately we had to travel so asked the guy to reschedule to next day. thats where drama started, technician said he can't change timing. please call carrier help desk. when called carrier then they informed to call flipkart. on calling them they are saying we will try to resolve it in a week. matter is escalated but ETA is a week. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
The product stopped working within 3 months of purchase and the service provided by Carrier is pathetic. After multiple calls, following up for weeks, nobody came to fix the issue. The people sitting on helpline number always say that they are escalating the issue to the highest level, but still no response. Either the people at Carrier helpline are not doing their job and contacting anyone or Carrier does not have technicians which can fix their own product.

instant delivery, good cooling. outer unit is very big and heavy. flipcart did not post correct size, hence was difficult and trouble some.

It's value for money

Ordered on 24th march night. Received just within 2 days on 26th. The next day itself the carrier persons have come and installed the AC. The workmanship of the carrier personal is very professionaland the AC is working fine. Only problem is in this model the horizontal swing is not available. I have got it for Rs 43500 after cashback. I think the rate is very reasonable.
