Extremely fast service. Inspite of it being a lockdown, I got my product delivered and installed up and running within 48 hours of ordering it.

Mind-blowing purchase
Very good AC and so much powerful for big room I have a five AC in my house but it is best AC in that you have to buy it.

Bad quality/Avoid
Had to replace the unit as cooling was not up to standard.
I considered Carrier to be on par with O General. However, I'm extremely disappointed with its performance.
