Got installed the product by carrier services.
It has been a more than a month but no issues are faced yet.

Suggestion : Do analyse and compare this product with other brands before any purchase !
I personally found superia 5i and superia 4i superb products

INSTALLATION PROCESS IS NOT GOOD AND AFTER INSTALLATION SOME SOUND FROM INDOOR UNIT IT'S VERY UNEXPECTED FOR ME PLZ SEE THIS KIND OF ISSUE.

Some times you have appreciate some good work done by someone. This time Flipkart has been impeccable in terms of delivery, support, timely communications, installation and hand over of AC to me.
Few good points:
1. I got an awesome deal of this ac which was priced at 53600 to 36k odd.
2. Delivery was made accurately n perfectly without any confusion.
3. Post delivery Flipkart guys were in constant touch with me to get the Jeeves guys to install the ac .
4. Sla to install was 2-5 days. But ac...

Excellent product.. From carrier and really good service from carrier representative.. Not jeeves.. I called carriers service engineer for one time service check... He is very care taking and done all refill of gas and top up freely.. Thanks to carrier for best service.

After reviewing various type of ACs, decided to go with this one and found okay till now.. the installation from Jeeves was perfect.. the techs who came to house for the installation were perfect in their work and did it very well as requested.. they did very neat work and the cabling management, indoor and outdoor units installation was perfect and clean.. nice appreciated work done.

Machine is good. The biggest problem is with Jeeves, the installation company with whom Flipkart has tie up. I had tough time to get the the installation thing in order. Flipkart should get their installation partner changed immediately.
So be extra careful while installation. Ensure that the outdoor unit is installed at right place. This is a invertor machine, so in this , the compressor remains always ON. So the outdoor unit will continuously throw hot air outside , not like normal other m...

The product is very good
Its a noiseless air conditioner which is fantastic!
The cooling capacity is fantastic.
Please schedule installation from carrier only as they do a very good job as compared to flipkarts partner Jeeves

Timely delivery and nice product. Jeves did a good job at installation (surely go for installation by them). Product has been fabulous so far after two months use. Carrier is not well known brand in India but it's a giant overseas. Go for it if you need an eco-friendly and efficient conditioner.

1. Prompt delievery by flipkart, I ordered on monday and got it delivered on wednesday and the installation was done on the same day by carrier technicians. Look and Built quality of Airconditioner was good. Indoor unit looks pretty actually and outdoor unit looks a bit bigger and bulky but it isnt a problem.
