Its a Plastic Masterpiece by Casio. Simple, analog and light-weight. Black strap with white dial is awesome. Water resist. Silver needles. Its a very good buy for 495. Looks very formal and simple. Good for everyday Office use. Its definitely worth its price. 1 year warranty also. But its basically Use and Throw model. You can change battery, case and strap, but its expensive. for 495 - a masterpiece
