The watch is not working what to do?

The product is 2 years old and on arrival battery is totally dead. There is no movement of the hands.

Worst experience from Flipkart. Really unexpected.

Really poor.. firstly delivery is too late.. second watch is not operating.. battery was dead..not expected this from casio as well as flipkart.. disappointed

This is a serious fraud. Although its a flipkart assured product, yet I received the watch in dead condition. I had to visit a local watch shop to get the battery replaced & only then the watch started to work. So guys, avoid buying this watch. At least from this buyer. Its pretty much sure that you would get a non functional watch.
