beautiful book...nothing to complain about.....excellent condition...prompt arrival...brilliant!!!!! agonising in it's relatability.....do please go and watch the play as well....

Cat On a Hot Tin Roof doesn't particularly disappoint where the writing is concerned - Williams portrays family drama and 'mendacity' extremely well. However, the end of the book seemed a bit anticlimactic. Extremely ambiguous and open ended. A good book to read.

This is just a critical appreciation of the play by Tenessee Williams, not the full play. The listing is a little misleading. I had to buy the full text of the play separately. That being said, the critique is lucid and detailed, fairly useful for scholars/students who may be reading this play as prescribed text of their syllabi.
