This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship product for the Warranty Period as defined below.

This warranty is void and of no effect if the covered product has been modified in design or function, subjected to abuse, misuse, physical damage, or mishandling. It does not cover products with unauthorized repairs, alterations, or removed/modified components. The warranty also excludes malfunction, deterioration, or defects due to normal wear and tear, other events beyond our reasonable control, or if the product is used. Validity: The warranty is valid only for customers in the U.S.A. and Canada who purchased the product from an Authorized Celestron Dealer in the U.S.A. or Canada. Products bought from unauthorized dealers or resellers are not covered. For international customers (outside the U.S.A. and Canada), the warranty is valid only if the product was purchased from a Celestron International Distributor or an Authorized Celestron Dealer in that specific country. International customers must contact their original dealer or distributor for warranty service.

CELESTRON WARRANTS YOUR PRODUCT TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP FOR TWO YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE. CELESTRON WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE PRODUCTS OR PARTS THEREOF WHICH, UPON INSPECTION BY CELESTRON, ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP. CELESTRON LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
