It has a balanced mix of protein (30g per 100g), dietary fiber (12g per 100g), slowly digested carbohydrates which support in managing the blood glucose and satiety. It also has 12 nutrients including Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 & minerals like Zinc, Iron, Potassium, Magnesium & more, making it a perfect addition to support your immunity and healthy diet. Besides blood sugar control, it helps in weight management & is good for your heart. Recommended to consume Celevida twice a day or as recommended by your healthcare provider. This is not to be consumed by pregnant, nursing & lactating women or by infants, children & adolescents except when medically advised. Also available in Chocolate flavor to tempt your taste buds! i bought this for my mom and she really liked the taste of this she usually haves it with milk but it can also be taken with only water. but personally i prefer it with milk too… its a little on sweet side but its great option for old age people.

I bought this for my mother she is diabetic.This product is really good to maintain blood sugar levels.My mother is really having good experience and her blood sugar is in control now taking this product. She takes it mixed in warm milk.I would recommend this to everyone out dere .The smell of kesar elaichi flavour can be sensed though in taste flavour is not that upcoming. Still it does its work at best as blood sugar regulator .
