Easy to assemble. Handrest is adjustable with soft touch foam.

Feedback to company.
While assembling the final 3 sections, there's nothing to lock the entire chair. Meaning of I have to move it, I can roll it only. If I lift the chair will dismantle in 3 parts.
Also, movable/adjustable headrest please.

After almost 8 months, the back is not longer supporting, it is loose and go way back in default mode and people fall, the whole sitting posture is bad now, didn't expect this when you pay 10k+
