Waste of money!
Installation demo done virtually they called me after 4 days and told you have to your self manually i waited 4 days for executive they should mention this before and chair comfort is not good neck pain created

[Must Read before Buy] Very average chair
- The bottom seat cushioning is very bad, it will feel hard.
- Spine sport is normal, not good.
- The recline feature is not up to the mark and you will feel like fall down if you recline backside.
- Comfortable level is 2.5/5
Overall very average product and won't be recommended for longer seating purpose.

Excellent
I'm giving my review after using 2 months, the chair was comfortable and the back support is nice. I usually sit for 11 to 12 hours daily for my studies.
One thing I notice is that it goes down after long usage other than it's the best chair. Value for money, thank u ekart and cellbell
