The product is good, but if you are looking for a chair that nicely tilts back for good backrest, this is not the one as this one does not lean back much. The chair takes quite some space, so go for it if you have good space. The design, material, build quality, and wheels are of good quality. The only problem I had was that it did not tilt much, and I cannot return it now. The assembling part took almost 1 and a half hours, and all screws and allen key is provided with it to fix the screws. ...

My piece had some minor scratches on armrest but not so prominent. Cellbell could have used soft touch plastic material on armrest.
