Very comfortable and sturdy. The head support is amazing and gives the perfect one when working from home. The arm rest are adjustable and can be rotated as per the alignment you want. Very easy to assemble and proactive customer support team who followed up after the purchase. I would highly recommend this product.

I am reviewing this product after around 1 month.
The back support is not good, after setting more than 2 hrs I feel pain in my back, which is very bad thing about any ergonomic chair.
It needs to improve.
